Seeking Physician

Lake Region Primary Care, a full-service provider of primary care in Windham, ME, is seeking a physician for full time employment (eight clinical sessions per week) starting in June 2008. Lake Region Primary Care, a division of Maine Medical Partners, is a multi-specialty primary care clinic with 5 board-certified physicians (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Medicine-Pediatrics, and Pediatrics) and a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Appropriate candidates should be board-certified in either Family Medicine or Medicine-Pediatrics and have a valid unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Maine. On-call responsibilities and hospital coverage will vary depending on the specialty of the successful applicant; Lake Region physicians routinely make use of available hospitalist coverage at Maine Medical Center and Mercy Hospital.
