"Groups Recover Together offers a community of physicians, counselors, and member support for those seeking medicated assisted treatment for Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). Groups’ treatment model was built around the idea that recovery is possible through a combination of medication, counseling and community.

With locations throughout the state of Maine, Groups members can attend weekly group therapy to find a safe place for honesty with other people going through the same thing. Unlike other drug addiction treatment programs where you meet alone with a physician, Groups brings everyone together for group counseling, based on the belief that community is the foundation of recovery. People at different stages of recovery can learn from each other and hold each other accountable in a space free of judgment.

Groups can get you in quickly and all that is required of members is one hour per week to attend group sessions. Fully virtual treatment options are available. Insurance and Medicaid accepted.
