Ellsworth Free Clinic
This clinic offers free services to the uninsured including physician exams, basic lab testing and x-rays, routine health care, assistance programs, and social services.
Call for appointment. Will see individuals from anywhere without insurance.

Free Clinic L/A at Trinity Jubilee Center
This once-per-week clinic offers free health services to the uninsured or to those who are in transition and do not yet have a primary care provider in the area.
Limited to patients who live within a 15 mile radius of Lewiston/Auburn.
We offer care of minor medical problems including over-the-counter medications, assessment of more urgent or disabling problems based on history and physical exam, renewal of previously prescribed medications for limited time periods, notes regarding work-capacity, help in locating a PCP, and help with Free-Care applications to the local hospitals. We do not prescribe narcotics or tranquilizers.
Hours of Care: Thursday mornings, 9-11:30. We do not take appointments. Patients are seen on a first come, first served basis. Sign-up sheet starts at 8:45 am.

Knox County Health Clinic
The Knox Clinic offers low cost medical, dental, prescription assistance, and mental health care to the uninsured and under-insured in Knox County and border towns of Waldoboro and Lincolnville. Care is provided by volunteer physicians, dentists, nurses, social workers and other personnel.
The Knox Clinic is located at 22 White Street, Rockland, Maine.

Leavitt’s Mill Health Center
This health center offers physicals (check-ups) including preventive medicine, healthy lifestyle counseling/education – (such as Diabetic Teaching, nutrition and exercise), well woman visits, sick visits (illness or minor injuries), chronic illness management (such as Diabetes, Asthma, High Blood Pressure), help with life problems (such as weight problems, smoking cessation), dental hygiene and dental care for existing clinic patients, physical therapy, off site eye exam referrals and physical therapy, prescription assistance (non-narcotic medications), case management and help with medications and supplies, or other medical services at low or no cost

Maine Mobile Health Program
This program has mobile clinics that go out and provide medical care (sliding fee scale), health education, case management, and transportation to seasonal workers in Maine. It also offers a voucher referral program.

Oasis Free Clinic
Oasis Free Clinic offer medical, mental health, and dental care to uninsured individuals in southern mid-coast Maine with incomes below 200% of the federal poverty level. The clinics offer comprehensive primary care, limited integrated mental health services, specialty referrals and limited dental care (no emergency dental services). They also have a prescription assistance program for help in obtaining high cost medications, which is available to the community (not just Oasis patients).

Dental Clinic Hours of care: 8:00am - 12:00pm Monday and Friday, and 6:00pm - 9:00pm on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays, by appointment only. The dental clinic is currently open only to Oasis medical patients.

Peninsula Free Health Services (Clinic)
Provides free health services to the uninsureds on the Blue Hill Peninsula and surrounding area. 3 credentialed doctors, 4-5 RNs, PAs, FUP, EMT, and 10 non-medical - all volunteers. There is one Business Manager/Fundraising Consultant 2-3 days/week paid.

Portland Community Free Clinic
The Portland Community Free Clinic provides free care to individuals in the southern Maine area who do not have a primary care provider and have no insurance. Care is provided by volunteer physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses and receptionists. Patients seen by appointment only. Services include primary care and some specialty care including endocrinology, dermatology, gastroenterology, pulmonology, and psychiatry.
Hours of Care: Open Monday thru Thursday 8:30am – 8:00pm and Friday from 9:00am - 12:00pm. Open to low income southern Maine (primarily York and Cumberland counties) residents (adults only). Patients are seen by appointment only -- it is not a walk-in clinic.

The Root Cellar
Adult Free Medical Clinic

A volunteer medical doctor and nurse are here each week to see scheduled patients for a variety of medical needs. This clinic is for adults with no insurance or with only catastrophic insurance. The clinic is authorized to write prescriptions and offer referrals. They are affiliated with Mercy Hospital.

This clinic is for children with no insurance or with only catastrophic insurance. The clinic can provide necessary vaccines for your child. They are associated with Mercy Hospital. This clinic provides primary care services and some specialty care services. They also help patients get the medicine that they need.
