Cancellation/Refunds 
If you must cancel, please notify us by phone or fax. Conference registration fee, less a $25 administrative fee, will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received prior to 3 p.m. on September 30, 2013. No meal refunds will be granted after September 30, 2013.
